      Pros

      The people are great. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of training opportunities.

      Cons

      They have started hiring high level positions from outside the company. This leaves less room for current employees to receive promotions.

      Pros

      Overall a good place to work. Good money for what you do. Great benefits and most managers are friendly and caring as well as co-workers. Some departments are easier to achieve advancement in than others so pays to decide where you'd best fit.

      Cons

      Senior management puts too much value and trust in lower managers when those lower level managers are self serveing, unfair and indifferent to department employees. Say they welcome new ideas and suggestions but that is so untrue. Have to be a " Yes " person or you are labled troubesome and forced out. Way too political of a place for me.
