Pros

Truman Lakewood had some of the best directors and educators in the city. Directors were engaged with employees and committed to improving the functionality of the of the system as a whole.

Cons

CNO and CEO are not supportive to their employees. Most directors and middle managers have left. CNO complains that she is too busy to help or advise her employees.
