pay is great with great health care benefits. flexible hours. great doctors. level 1 trauma center. the kinda of experience on scubs/er.

Cons

over worked with ungratedful patients at times can fustrate you as well as dealing with students and residents. its a teaching hospital

The benifits are great compaired to other hospitals. Flexabliity in time needed off are reasonable.

Cons

Performance - extra work are noticed, but not mentioned that you did a good job, or thank you for taking it apon yourself for doing that. Pay I feel is under the cost of living level.- Needs a new cost of living raise. Last one was 5-7 yrs ago.
