      Pros

      Was pay but that is starting to lag along with recent cut in benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership is fairly naive. Very resistant to consult with physicians and nurses regard actual patient care strategies. Upper management believes a business degree in health care administration enables them to direct patient care.
