What a horrible pace to go to school. My daughter went to the graduation ceremony in May of 2023, only to find that days they told her that she had indeed not. She had to pay out of pocket for the remainin credits and delay starting work for 2 weeks. They obvIOUSLY TOLD SHE HAD MET ALL REQUIREMENTS. What SHAM! There is not one single person at UKMC that will even respond. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!

Good benefits, more time for family and collegial

Cons

Less pay, no incentives and more socialized pay. Do not want to incentivize employee who goes beyond their schedule time to bring more revenue. Yes there is some incentive plan but attached to department revenue.
