Many red flags, ask the tough questions in the interview process, don't hold back. You can be lucky and land a good job with a good Supervisor or you can land a bad one with lots of secrecy, lack of clear communication, gaslighting, microaggressions, management that plays favorites, makes jokes of others, burned out employees and a mayor dysfunction. Lots of cliques, exclusion, gossipy behavior and unmotivated employees. CEO is fantastic to meet but he is turning a blind eye to the toxic and hostile environments he has allowed in some departments. It starts at the top. They are losing good people and abusing their power. Sad to see a bad apple still among us that does not care for those that are working so hard and don't deserve the mistreatment.
