Pros
- I enjoy working with my co-workers everyone is helpful. - I appreciate how they compensate PRNs with extra money because of the lack of qualifications for health benefits. - Very flexible with planning my work schedule as a PRN. - Promote a helpful collective work environment. - Team leads for different sections provides structure.
Cons
- Since it's a trauma level 1 things can get busy and overwhelming. - OR some surgeons can be very mean, majority are cool though. - PRN don't get normal benefits for part time or full time.
