Pros

Teaching hospital, exposure to a lot of stuff, and opportunities to learn for new grads are endless.

Cons

Extremely low pay, working environment, RNs with experience look down on the coworkers with less years of experience. They praise themselves for being the best hospital in the area. However, it seems like the worst. Worst experience ever working for these hospital.
