      Pros

      The great hours and working with the staff that were very team oriented guided by great leaders. I would recommend for anyone moving to the San Antonio area to apply there.

      Cons

      There were no cons. I loved working there. I enjoyed learning new things and meeting new people everyday. Oh maybe one con that the hospital is expansive, but I see that as the benefit be be able to help people in need

      Pros

      great place to gain clinical experience and knowledge. A level 1 trauma center is the best. It also has a large emphasis on teaching.

      Cons

      managers do not communicate well with each other or take employee concerns seriously. they ask you to let them know if you have any concerns and act like your best friend, it is best to keep quiet no matter what if you want to keep your job
