      The only pro is taking care of the patients

      Cons

      University Hospital doesn't pay their Medical Technologist overtime , or pay them 1.5 for working holidays and we don't get paid for our lunches if it is too busy.

      Great learning environment, management is very receptive to staff needs and concerns, top notch institution.

      The only downside I can think of would be the pay rate being so small.
