      Pros

      Uhs allowed me to transfer in 6 months after transfer if u do your job well. The training is decent.

      Cons

      I find being an excellent employee, not enough dept heads selfish. All about their paycheck. Resigning now I am now in danger every day of getting injured for lack of staffing. The census shld never be more important than your valued employees.

      Work with a variety of patients. Love the teaching atmosphere.

      Cons

      Minimal pay raisea of 2%. Universal clinical ladder that was not geared to our department.
