      Pros

      Very knowledgable people and fast paced. Ability to see many new and exciting things. A good place to work for experience.

      Cons

      No appreciation for the hard work. Some Managers are not as supportive as they should be. Would like more supportive environment.

      Pros

      There are some incredibly knowledgable, hard-working people that work there and care about the mission.

      Cons

      People. A number of people that have either been there too long or don't have the appropriate skills or abilities for their position. A nepotimistic environment also doesn't help. Add to that a lack of financial resources and even the best intentioned workers are hamstrung.

      Upper administration seems to have lost touch with lower level employees and their work environments. They should round more within the units and talk with the staff.
