Pros

It's a good system of hospitals and clinics. For full-time employees, the insurance is great.

Cons

The pay is pretty awful, especially considering the fact that I don't even get benefits as a PRN employee.

Pros

I'm approaching a year as a Sr. System Administrator. I can say that I enjoy every day coming to work. There is so much to learn and many projects you can participate in to make a difference.

Cons

The culture is a bit different but, you learn to adjust and understand it for the benefit and support of your patients.
