Although the hiring company is University Health, you will be working with Community First Health Plans (CFHP). I recommend you look on their Glassdoor site to make an informed decision. CFHP has a reputation of high turnover rates due to management, and it's surprising that HR hasn't taken action, despite the numerous reports that they've received. Seniority depends on tenure, not leadership skills, which is evident in how they treat their reps. There's micromanaging, no trust, daily spreadsheets of every task you do and if the timing doesn't align - you'll meet with the manager. You're also in charge of helping people with their Medicaid applications, which you are NOT trained to do. Call logs are pulled up to average how much time you're taking on a call. You'll get written up for simple mistakes or life occurrences, such as arriving a few minutes late to work (less than 10 mins, even if it's only once). Most people who leave don't dislike the job itself, but simply the management and other employees that make going into the office a dread. Marketing reps from other health plans even know that this place has a high turnover, and it's not secret as to why. Really leaving this review to help the next person out. Obviously UH won't be making any changes, so expect the work culture to be as described.

Low pay. Raise is 2% No holiday pay, have to use PTO if you want a holiday off. If you have school age kids that's expensive to pay for daycare.
