Pros

One of the rare companies where your benefits are completely paid for (Medical, Dental, Vision). Beautiful community and leadership truly cares about their team members. They also do awesome events like giving out free turkeys/pies, gingerbread houses and holiday parties.

Cons

Not a lot of development opportunities.
