- Direct Supervisor was kind - Team environment

Cons

- No support for departments that needed it - Sick hours where counted against departments. This created an environment where it was frowned upon to call in sick. - Very bad Executive Director

Pros

Overall not a terrible company to work with depending on your position. Hiring process was quick and efficient. Background and drug screen required. Benefits were good.

Cons

They are very budget conscious so raises are standard but do meet market rate. Growth opportunities are available but hard to get. Senior management act like they are part of an elite group and often behave as if they are superior.
