tight-knit workspace within a college community mission of the office is practical as it aims in helping students with building their career

Cons

full time staff works remotely for a sizable portion of their shifts, therefore communicating the assignment need to be conducted through Zoom, which could cause misunderstanding and inconvenience sometimes.
