Great flexibility, excellent pay especially as you climb the ranks, recognition of boss and co-workers when jobs completed well and on time, stress free, no competition, excellent benefits, work for a top tier university, great if pursuing education as future career, opportunity for various travel experiences depending on what sector you work for
Cons
There are times when there may not seem like much to do, but if you are independent and a hard worker, you will find things to accomplish. Not everything is "spoon fed" to you which may or may not be a downside to working there. Not much else
