-Will basically try to work you to death for very little pay -Expect you to be available at all times even when you aren't working -Will not allow you a lunch break because supervisors do not take lunch breaks -Will not allow you a break because supervisors do not take breaks -Will not allow you to eat at events until all kids eat (even if you have your own food) -Not allowed to sit while children around -Have to use own phone to complete their ridiculous commands -Everyone is competing against each other so there is a culture of backstabbing and drama -Everyone talks behind each other's back even though they are all in the 40's and 50's -Aggressive behavior from the supervisors -Will not train you on how to do anything but expect you to magically learn how to do it -Have to sit through a large amount of uninformative, waste of time meetings
