Pros

Love the fact , that being Hispanic means willing to be underpaid and travel as much needed in order to be in the office. Because us Hispanics are so passionate .

Cons

Bravo!! To the HR team for making sure that the town hall conversation is not saved for all of us to hear it again. This town hall should have been put on blast on how our own people in Univision thinks about the Hispanic community! Televisa/Univisión this new ceo is detach from reality and forgotten how to be a normal employee.

Pros

Great work environment and great pay.

Cons

Ungrateful upper management. After 26 years of loyalty to the company they laid me off for no reason.

Pros

My co workers were the BEST. Work environment was congenial. Gave me raises every year based on my OUTSTANDING job performance.

Cons

Once you balk at ANY of their corporate policies, they find a way to get of you. They eliminate positions based on a computer algorithm. They are on a downward spiral now, expecting more and more out of there employees (who are specialists), now being forced to work in roles other than their expertise or risk termination.
