Pros

A growing company in a very fun industry. Very casual and laid back atmosphere. Work closely with on-air events.

Cons

The hours can be long and seemingly often expected. While the broadcast industry is excited the 24x7 nature of the business calls for a lot of "off-hour" work.

Revolving door of hires and fires

Pros

The people are great to work with, everyone is usually in a good mood. The prestige of Univision as a major broadcaster is nice; however means nothing to most people outside of the media industry.

Cons

Constantly rotating management and worker bees due to 'reorganizations'. Sales teams, production, technology, engineers all work long hours and there is never enough people or hours to get the job done.
