Pros

- You will meet some amazingly talented and intelligent people. - The majority of us minions just want to make it to 5:30pm, so you'll probably find some solid people within the company to help you get through the day. - Unlimited(ish) PTO - The benefits are pretty great, though, so I'll second all the reviews that mentioned this.

Cons

There aren't enough words to even jumpstart the brainstorming process of finding the words to adequately define the cons (noun and verb) regarding Unlock Health. I worked for one of the legacy companies that Unlock acquired, and the only reason I've remained on board, not including the economy, is because of the employees.

Pros

I really appreciated the fully remote environment and the unlimited PTO. Benefits, once the entire company pushed back, were also very good.

Cons

You can't just smush a bunch of companies together and expect everyone to work well together. The decisions management made were baffling—if the most profitable sectors of the company are A and B, why would you lay off a ton of people from A and B? The CEO has lofty plans for growth but some of the divisions in the company are definitely not on board as it means they'll have to do actual work.

- Good benefits - Most of the people below middle management are cool - Unlimited PTO

Cons

I rated this place 1-star because 0 and 1/2 weren't an option. If you want to work for a company that pays you well below the market-salary level, treats you like garbage, plays in your face, overworks you with zero ounce of empathy, and has had no sense of direction for the last 3 years, this is your dream job. If you prefer being respected like a human being, do yourself a favor, and work anywhere else.
