-People are nice on a superficial level -good benefits(if you are permanent)

Cons

-salary is bad to mediocre for industry standards - really bad management who don’t know the skill set of their staff - Tasks are super random - you either don’t work at all because people forget about you or they give you tasks that might not align with your background - super boring projects, and the sups and leads keep the little amount of fun stuff to themselves - typical in and out group scenario - lame reliance on AI because it’s the newest buzzword. They also don’t shy away from NFT or Metaverse projects because everything is HYPE HYPE HYPE
