Pros

Really talented, friendly and helpful artists. Eco - conscious, try to work on helping people with mental health issues from stress. Treat their employees with an occasional goody bag, have nice parties. Flexible with WFH. They have some benefits that can cover some purchases for your home setup and health insurance.

Cons

Can be pushy (borderline-rude) with weekend work (no OT pay, just time in lieu) - even when there is no need for it so you end up cancelling your plans and have no new tasks to do either (I guess my fault for cancelling the plans). When they were pushy it was over the call so no paper trail to show. Lack of structure in departments. But that might depend on the team you end up working with.

Pros

Great people to work with and fun projects. I great place to develop as a junior and is growing fast. Work life balance is great and is a priority for management but might not be able to say the same for senior staff. Snacks provided with is also cool :)

Cons

not many cons, had a blast working there. Personal development might be overlooked by supervisors
