To be honest the only pro was that you got stock options below market….
Cons
Underpaid long working hours. Managers who don’t know what they’re doing. Upper management only caring about the companies bottom dollar. Raises oh wait that’s a joke bonuses they’re like a slap in the face. You work 50+ hours a week (and get reprimanded because you had to get overtime because the backlog is bad) and they don’t even compensate you properly. You are treated like you don’t matter. I know work isn’t supposed to be the best thing ever but you need to be able to enjoy your time while there and not feel like you’re gonna get written up or fired every time you say what’s on your mind and how things can improve it’s very sad you used to be a beautiful company And now it’s turned into the laughing joke of leave management. Trust me look elsewhere. The pay is better benefits are better. Life is better.
