Pros

Good pay, decent flexibility with hours, clean work environment, each team is different and managers vary. Some teams have great support and leadership... I did not. Unum on the resume looks great if you can survive the gray walls, gray cubicles, gray desks, and gray faces.

Cons

Depressing atmosphere, employees whisper to each other about how they wish to leave but the pay keeps them there. If you don't drink the kool-aid your work is scrutinized everyday until you leave. Have new ideas to change the efficiency to of the work flow among your team, better be a man. Don't correct upper management on their mistakes.

Micro-Managing

Pros

Experience working in a corporate office. You gain plenty of experience working with difficult close minded people.

Cons

Not much room for growth. Management is very old styled- the managers want to keep you in their department instead of helping you grow and achieve your career goals. Hard work does not get rewarded but if you slack off even a little bit, that gets noticed a lot and puts a big dent on you.
