      Pros

      Work from home, calls are steady but definitely not back to back unless it’s a holiday, days aren’t long and job is easy. This was literally exactly what I needed with the hours and stability.

      Not many. Learning the job can be confusing but honestly have no cons.

      Pros

      Robust benefits package including PTO, health insurance, 401K, and performance based incentive. Front line managers are typically very good.

      Cons

      If you are working in the Absence Management Center area you will be doing complex work, with extraordinarily high caseloads. Be prepared to work days, night and weekends all while on salary, with ongoing false promises of lower case loads, all while senior management rolls out more mental health assistance for employees and continues claims that Unum has a wonderful work life balance, which is a complete sham!

      PTO is absolutely amazing, insurance benefits package is top of the line, remote work available, flexible daily work schedule, great opportunities to move up and around the company, strong focus on social awareness causes and inclusion and diversity

      Cons

      Upper management does not listen to floor level feedback, frustrating dealing with underperforming team members who are never placed under any pressure to improve, frustrating when having to correct escalations from under trained associates. Partners could be more cohesive
