Immediate benefits, remote, provides all equipment for working from home

Cons

Concentration on unrealistic metrics that can only be obtained by cheating and high producers get there by cheating and are free from being discovered because only those not meeting numbers are watched, cant advance or move out of position at all if do not meet production

Cons

Very metric based, quantity over quality, not accommodating to basic needs (I used the bathroom in between a call and was reprimanded and told to wait until my 15 minute break) I work from home. They watch and listen to you constantly and if your are idle for 18s they are on you. I generally take about 75 phone calls in a work day. And even with great metrics, they will audit your calls and your basically learn from your mistakes as things pop up all the time that you don't learn in training. Really frustrating.

Back to back calls, emotionally draining and stressful calls from sick and injured all day long. Customers call in and take everything out on you, and then give bad surveys even if you perform each call perfectly. This company requires people to constantly follow up and send in updated medical records and notes while they battle sickness and injury when original records from doctors stating their return to work date would suffice. Pay in too low for the emotional and stressful calls we take back to back with very small breaks. Metrics determine everything and only the perfect get a decent schedule or career advancement.
