      Pros

      Good benefits, good work-life balance, and nice atmosphere.

      Cons

      too much favoritism. Hard to be recognize unless you are "liked" by the boss.

      Pros

      If you are lazy you might get away with it. Generous redundancy terms. Good staff benefits eg Pensions, health, sickness cover.

      Cons

      There is a lot of change and uncertainty at the moment, causing a lot of unrest. Good people are allowed to leave and those who do not contribute enough are allowed to stay.

      Pros

      My manager was really laid back and transparent with expectations for me. Felt I could talk with her about anything. Laid back work for the most part. Many company and department-wide team-building events

      Cons

      Since the company is doing badly in the market, they are cutting key roles for outsourcing in order to save money and superficially boost EPS... Seems it will backfire. Moving up in the company takes way too long. Will need to stay in a lesser role for almost years to even be considered for a promotion Good company to start off in, but very iffy on long term staying potential. Redundant, boring work for the most part in my situation
