      Pros

      Unum does take very good care of its employees benefits-wise, and invest a lot in skills and expertise training and development.

      Cons

      The slow decision making cycle is typical of an employer this size, and of the corporate world in general, but change of any kind is long fought and hard won.

      I'm not in a full time position that I should probably my only issue right now, I don't like the 20 word minimum
