Pros
- decent compensation (including great PTO, great benefits) - paid training - nice coworkers - job security as long as you're doing a decent job
Cons
- lack of mobility within the company - work becomes monotonous after a while - there's a metric for everything (everything is a priority, which can be very stressful and at times seems very unorganized. if everything is important, nothing is important) - the morale of the workers is very low. it's hard to enjoy working somewhere when you know that many are just biding their time before they can quit and move on to something better (to be expected since not many dream of working in insurance)
