      Pros

      So many pros. Excellent training programs, lots of company perks. Discounted movie tickets, discounted DCU Center tickets, free parking in a nice, very safe garage. Company requires ID for access so the building is very safe, even at night. Managers are understanding of school schedules. Work in a team environment.

      Cons

      Limited to working 19 hours each week during the school semesters and required to work close to 40 hours during the summer, winter, and spring breaks from school. No benefits. Honestly, the pros outweigh the cons though. Excellent workplace.

      The people make the difference. Management really looks for an opportunity to help you achieve your best self.

      There can be long hours and some separation of goals between sales and operations. The organization is going more towards completely sales focused

      poor management, liars, does not understand employee's own disability, work life balance is horrible, promotions are unfair - it is who you know.
