      Pros

      Earn PTO quickly. Salary is higher than other employers in the area, good reputation in the industry

      Cons

      Micro management, too many layers of processes, no loyalty to employees, yearly stress of layoffs in the Fall, seem to push workers out the door once they reach age 50, advancement is difficult

      Pros

      The people who work here are amazing and if you work hard it does get noticed across the organization.

      Cons

      It's hard to see what upper management wants a lot of the time, unless you are in the right group with C-Level that discloses or is open then you'll be in the dark a lot.

      Strong focus on doing the right thing, making sure employees have opportunities to grow, and ensuring we make good on the promises to our customers.

      Cons

      As with any large company, there is a level of having to learn to navigate the system. You have to work hard and be flexible in order to stand out. They will rate you average for just doing your job- the expectation is that you will go above and beyond if you want to be recognized.
