      Pros

      This position offers good pay and a very generous amount of paid time off (4 weeks). This position also offers great experience to make vertical movement within the company.

      Cons

      This department is a very terrible work environment that is VERY underpaid for the amount/level of work required. The amount of work expected to be completed at the quality that is required by federal and state regulations is simply not possible. This results in an extremely poor work morale.
