Pros

Excellent paid time off available from date or hire with potential to earn more based on tenure. Great disability benefits. Cafeteria on-site.

Cons

Pay raises within roles is low and based on performance compared to peers. Even if you have a glowing review, there are limited "spots" to give top performers the highest percentage of a raise during annual review.

Pros

The people are friendly, hardworking, and helpful. There is plenty of opportunity to advance within the company- whether you want to stay in one position or department and excel, or if you want to move throughout the company. Wonderful benefits, and just extremely organized as a corporation.

Cons

There are some positions that work later shifts, however, these shifts end by 8:00 p.m. and once you gain seniority, you can work a shift that better suits your needs, if you choose.

Pros

Flexible start time, as long as youre at work between the core hours of 9am-3pm.

Cons

Long hours, minimal room for advancement, minimal guidance or support by managers, very hard to take vacation time due to company's structure. Overtly scrutinizing of weekly metrics. Very low annual increase (1%-2% for most people).
