      Good benefits package. If you want to grow within a corporation, this is a good place to be. Work your way up and learn a lot about the industry.

      Cons

      If you are not into the Corporate politics, this may not be the industry for you.

      Pros

      Company is situated with it's major offices in some of the best locations for those looking to escape from a corporate grind community environment. A long tradition of hard work driven by personal work ethics not draconian management style. Lot's of opportunities for folks really looking to change a companies culture and operating model.

      Cons

      Innovation is still a fad in the company and has not penetrated to the business model of the c-suite. A large technology debt that the company is struggling in to manage.

      decent pay, good vacation time, benefits are good for employee alone

      Cons

      poor training in a lot of the departments, employees are competitive in a negative manner, a lot of dysfunction in many of the departments, lots of managers who go out drinking with their employees after work, lots of affairs inside the workplace
