      Pros

      Great company culture - welcoming and friendly environment. Encouraged to take PTO. 401k match is unbeatable. Good benefits offered. Lots of room to move up and take on meaningful projects. Nice renovated office. Expecting flex schedule starting sept 2021 (3 days in office)

      Cons

      Can easily get burnt out if you don’t prioritize work-life balance. Expect long hours during quarter-close.(which has caused some turnover of great employees). Sometimes unhappy with leadership transparency (especially after fall 2020 restructuring). Outdated systems in the midst of transition.

      Company has a passion to care for people both clients and employees. Diversity and inclusion is a strong driver of company value with a heavy dose of benefits including health insurance, short/long term/accidental, 401 K match, PTO

      Cons

      Pay is lower than skills required for position. With minimum wage increases locally a job with this level of requirements needs an increase in the base pay to remain competitive and adequate.
