The company has shifted its focus over the last ten years from being a great company to work for with strong leaders, to a management team full of people who can't manage. You feel more like a number than an employee, and there is always too much work, and not enough time. Even when you are putting in 60 hours - it's always a question 'why isn't everything done?' instead of 'how can we make this more equitable?' Management no longer listens to their employees, they only follow corporate dictation.

There are not cons. This is a great place to work. If you work hard you will be rewarded. If you are not going to work hard then you need to work some where else.
