Had some good ideas and were able to execute some big deals. Competitive salaries. Promoted remote working and provided infrastructure to support it.

Lost all the employees and managers and was mostly a slow downhill struggle from there. Mgmt became a source of problems instead of a source of resolution to problems. Technology became stale
