Pros

Projects are challenging and interesting. The work environment is good and chill. As a female developers I hate working in startups where men try to get results by yelling. Upgrade has been great on this aspect. The work environment is far from toxic. Management listens to the team. The salaries are also great.

Cons

Sometimes projects get postponed for too long due to back and forth between teams.
