Pros

Employees' activities monthly 4/10's with 3 days off Company benefits paid Can move up but they do have their picks

Cons

The call volume is ridiculously high High turnover Not much overtime, only when they lose employees Rushed to the hospital, they don't care (you will get written up) They have activities for employees, but if you work that day, don't expect to have time off. Work-management controls your time off, even if you have it. (it can be denied)
