      This is a great place to work. Talented engineers and management.

      Cons

      Product requirements evolve fast. If you are not used to fast paced environment it can be a shock. But nothing really to hurt work life balance.

      CEO - very good and knows the industry in and out Great work life balance Friendly workplace Remote work

      Cons

      Poor benefits for a tech company. Pay is tech is very low in the Bay area especially the stock component. No budget for tech teams. Engagement is low. Very bureaucratic and tech is old school. No formal performance review process and hence growth is slow.
