Where to begin, Awesome coworkers, smarter peoples I know, solution-oriented and egoless. If you need help they will be there for you and if you just want them to cheer you up in tough time they will easily put a smile on your face. Great benefits, anything you would expect from a San Francisco startup. Of course the free foods, drinks, flexible hours and work from home, but also workout compensation and insane health coverage. If I bike to the drugstore to buy some medicine, I actually come back richer !! Possibility to grow, the structure of the growing policy is made so anybody can grow as he wants. If you want to stay technical you can, if you want to take a management turn you can and if you want to go anywhere in between management will guide you in your path. A healthy company, not sure which one comes first, but it's a successful company that threat its employees well and the employee threat the company well. It's really a two-way relation. Company success belongs to everyone and they make it feel that way.
