My personal job responsibilities (expected and self-assigned or volunteered) made working at Upgrade a worthwhile and memorable experience. I genuinely loved helping lift up each line of business I interacted with and will deeply miss that. From the frontline teams, to back office, and every niche support group in between - helping your teams strategize, optimize, and be the best versions of themselves was so incredibly rewarding.
