Better than being jobless and collecting unempoyment

Cons

You won't find worse pay and benefits anywhere. Outsourcing everyone is their ultimate goal as they claim there is better "talent" in the middle east. That is because the pay them a fraction of what they pay Americans. They reward contractors more than their employees. No raises in years, no performance reviews, lucky to get half to a third of the annual bonus. Hypocritical, fake and hard core 'woke'.

Good pay, benefits. I really respected the leadership team and my direct manager. A lot of good tools to support knowledge and ramp-up.

Cons

They are still going through an infrastructure transition on the sales side and change can be uncomfortable and take time. Not a con, but something to be aware of. There are a lot of tools to support knowledge but it can be hard to navigate. It's starting to get better, but needs more process around it.
