They let u go all of a sudden, they dont provide a sufficient training, neither a training material, they expect from u to do everything on ur own with no support what so ever, their management is one of the worst, u will not feel safe there even if u spent more than a decade with them, it means nothing to them.

they are putting the bare minimum into keeping their products running. little to no innovations or bug fixing. instead they acquire struggling companies and expect you to sell that faulty software to customers who are already unsatisfied with the faulty software they have. disorganized and poor communication between teams. no 401k match, annual COL increases, or merit based raises.
