Decent pay and variety of interesting products and customers. Good potential if compqny is able to execute.

Cons

Senior management team appears to be incompetent and completely disconnected from facts and conditions on the ground. This creates a toxic culture that burns out good people.

Good vacation policy. Healthcare plan is not bad.

Cons

Upland is a company without any roadmap for the products that were acquired. Or atleast so I think about the product line I am working on. Minimum to zero carrier growth opportunity
