      Pros

      Mostly good Teams and is a Good place to learn for technical and personal experiences.

      Cons

      Company lacks organisation or structure and employees do not feel a sense of recognition for their efforts. Too much political influence on decisions. No sense of employer putting much value on their employees. some employees are overloaded with work and others not enough. Not a good sense of balance. Hard to have balance between work and life.
