Remote work. Colleagues are good people who mean well.

Cons

Lack of strategy at the leadership level. Insufficient investment in innovation, products, teams, and individuals. Well below market rates for similar roles, and people turn over like crazy here because they're way overworked. The benefits don't make up for it either.

Remote honestly that's it! no stipend no support no training or coaching

Cons

I'm not sure how there are still customers left TBH! there are over 20 acquired products and each is its own company of sorts, no training, no coaching and as a csm i only know the single product i support. sinking ship save yourself
