I love the diversity in the food. you have freedom to create. The kids are great to work for. They’re very polite.

Cons

Being laid off too much. That’s honestly my only complaint.

Pros

The only positive things to come out of my experience with this company are the friendships I’ve made with similarly abused employees. I’m here for the ones unable to stand up in a toxic environment where they are constantly beaten down.

Cons

You are replaceable and told as much. McDonald’s pay. Sexual Harassment. Horrible benefits. Inconsistent training. Lack of support. Lack of communication. Conflicting communication. Meddling, micromanaging, manipulative supervisors.
